Direct Booking Cancellation Policy

If your booking duration is less than 27 nights, you may cancel up to 7 days before your check in for a full refund, after that a penalty of 7 nights is applied to your cancellation, and any remaining nights are refunded in full.

If your booking duration is for 28 nights or longer, you may cancel up to 30 days before your check in for a full refund, after that a penalty of 30 nights is applied to your cancellation, and any remaining nights are refunded in full.

Credit card processing fees are non refundable.
