Founded in 2004, Pear Properties began as a traditional long-term rental leasing company and has since grown into one of the Greater Edmonton Area’s most trusted and experienced furnished housing providers. We specialize in offering fully equipped, move-in-ready homes for guests in need of short, medium or long-term stays—whether for insurance displacement, corporate travel, relocation, or extended medical visits.

From the beginning, our mission has remained the same: to create homes that are welcoming, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked so guests truly feel at home—no matter the reason for their stay.

With a portfolio of handpicked properties across Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Leduc, Spruce Grove, Beaumont and surrounding communities, we match each client or guest to a home that meets their timeline, lifestyle, and budget. Every property is evaluated not only for its amenities, but for its location—offering easy access to major hospitals, highways, schools, and business districts.

We are also proud to be an essential housing provider during emergency situations such as wildfires, flooding, and other natural disasters. Our team is experienced in working quickly with insurance adjusters and claims specialists to provide safe, immediate housing for displaced families—often within hours of a request.

In addition to long and mid-term accommodations, Pear Properties welcomes short-term guests as well. We host visitors in town for conferences, concerts, sporting events, or weekend getaways—offering stays as short as one night in beautifully furnished homes located close to Edmonton’s top venues, festivals, and cultural destinations.
