All of our properties are whole home rentals, that have been carefully vetted to meet our high standards. When evaluating homes we look at many factors including neighbourhood amenities, features within the home & ease of access to our City's major attractions & roadways. Straight Forward Pricing
We accept all bookings directly through Airbnb. We have discounts for length of stay, low occupancy bookings and last minute specials pre-programmed into all of our listings. Once you enter your number of guests, pets & dates needed; your price will automatically populate for you to see before you book a reservation. No damage deposits or scouring the internet looking for a lower price booking site.

Feature Properties
Direct Booking Cancellation Policy:
If your booking duration is less than 27 nights, you may cancel up to 7 days before your check in for a full refund, after that a penalty of 7 nights is applied to your cancellation, and any remaining nights are refunded in full.
If your booking duration is for 28 nights or longer, you may cancel up to 30 days before your check in for a full refund, after that a penalty of 30 nights is applied to your cancellation, and any remaining nights are refunded in full.
Credit card processing fees are non refundable.
